Every experience that we've been through are mostly experienced by our eyesight. We only have two eyes to take care of, so long as we live. There's no replacement for both of them. That is why, we need to take good care of them, meticulously.

IMPORTANCE OF GETTING YOUR EYES CHECKED

  1. Eyes fatigue, eyes strain and headache can be avoided with the correction of prescription (power, Rx).
  2. Most of eyes abnormalities such as Glaucoma, Cataract and etc. can be treated if we could detect them early before we lose our eyesight.
  3. You can undergo a complete eyes checkup with professionals within the optical line such as Qualified Optician, Qualified Optometrist or Qualified Ophthalmologist.

HOW CAN EYESIGHT BLURNESS HAPPENED?

When an object is not focused on the retina - the image becomes blur.

  1. ​Myopia (Short-Sighted)
  2. Hyperopia (Long-Sighted)
  3. Astigmatism (Blur Vision/Glaring)
  4. Presbyopia (40 years old and above)

 

STEPS TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR EYES

  1. When you feel your eyes are tired due to looking at smartphones too long, writing, reading and etc. Try to see far objects and green surroundings  while resting.
  2. Read with the right posture. Avoid reading while lying in bed.
  3. Write and Read with enough lightings. Recommended, white lights.
  4. Ensure your daily diets includes nutrients such as Vitamin A, Vitamin C and Zinc.
  •  Vitamin A – maintain good eyesight especially at night (high content in carrots)
  •  Vitamin C – Heighten healing process, therefore the eyes do not easily get infected.
  •  Zinc – High concentration in the eyes, it enhance the usage of Vitamin A.

Increase intake in eating fruits such as oranges, papayas, carrots (contain Beta Carotene), green vegetables such as green mustard, broccoli, spinach and etc.
