Return & Exchange Policy
- You can change the item within seven (7) days of receiving an item ordered from Optimal Optometrist website. You are encouraged to call our Customer Careline 03-6184 1488 (office hour) before returning the parcel to ensure the stock availability. You may also provide us with info details of your purchased.
- All item(s) must be returned to us undamaged.
- All item(s) must be returned in the original selling condition and include the original product packaging, price tags, and labels. Payment receipt is required for all return & exchange process.
- We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error which you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.
- Strictly NO EXCHANGE AND REFUND for item under special promotion campaign; event sales, as-is, clearance, discount coupon/ voucher, etc.
- Items are one-to-one exchange for same design and color.
- If the preferred item is out of stock, you can either alternatively; Exchange with same value item, Exchange with lower value item (no refund for price difference), Exchange with higher value item (customer have to pay for the difference in prices). Optimal Optometrist reserves the right to deny a refund or exchange if the item(s) does not meet the Return Policy requirements above.
